Designed for use before applying any Bathworks refinishing coating, EZ-Etch gently corrodes and dulls porcelain, ceramic, cast iron, and steel surfaces - creating the ideal texture for your new coating to bond to. Proper surface prep is one of the most important steps in any refinishing project, and EZ-Etch makes it simple.
How It Works: Apply the EZ-Etch solution to your surface and scrub with the included pad. The solution chemically etches the existing finish, removing gloss and creating a rougher profile that helps the refinishing coating adhere more effectively for a longer-lasting result.
Kit Includes (One-Tub): 16 oz EZ-Etch solution, scrubbing pad, gloves, and instructions. Also available in a Two-Tub size (32 oz solution, two scrubbing pads, two pairs of gloves).
Recommended For: Porcelain, ceramic, cast iron, and steel surfaces being prepped for refinishing with Bathworks coatings.
