Access or Download My Data
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, including account details and order history. Where applicable — for example, under Quebec's Law 25 — you may also request a copy of your computerized personal information in a portable format.

Response time: We will respond within 30 days, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Correct My Information
If you believe the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request a correction at any time.

Data Portability
You may request a copy of the data we store and use to support your experience in our store, including personal information and order history.

Quebec residents: Under Law 25, you have the right to receive your data in a portable, structured format. Please include "Quebec Law 25 - Data Portability" in your subject line.
Delete My Data
(Right to be Forgotten) You may request the deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to certain legal exceptions — for example, where retention is required for legal, security, or tax reporting purposes.
⚠️ Please note: Requesting deletion will result in the permanent removal of your account. You will no longer be able to access your order history or use your existing account after this process is complete.
