Limited Warranty

Tub Refinishing, Inc. DBA Munro Products ("Bathworks") warrants its products against defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use and when applied in accordance with all provided product instructions.

What This Warranty Covers

  • This warranty covers defects in the product itself as manufactured and packaged by Bathworks.
  • If a product is proven to be defective, Bathworks will replace the defective material at no charge to the buyer.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover, and Bathworks assumes no liability for:

  • Improper surface preparation prior to application
  • Application under unsuitable environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, ventilation, etc.)
  • Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with provided instructions
  • Mixing with unauthorized products, thinners, or additives
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Damage resulting from use of abrasive cleaners, suctioned bath mats, or other prohibited products or practices outlined in our Care Tips
  • Any application performed by an unqualified or untrained individual where professional application is recommended

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, written or unwritten, expressed or implied. Bathworks specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
The buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use, handling, and application of Bathworks products. Bathworks' liability shall be limited solely to the replacement of defective material as described above. No other remedies — including incidental, consequential, or indirect damages — shall be available under any circumstances.

Safety Notice

  • Use only as directed. Read all product and safety information before use.
  • Keep all materials out of reach of children and animals.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to fumes, which may be harmful. Some components are flammable.
  • Individuals sensitive to paints or solvents should avoid use or consult a physician before handling.
  • Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) available on each product listing for complete handling and hazard information.

Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us before opening or using additional materials. We will work with you to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

When in Doubt, Ask Us
If you are unsure whether this product is right for your project or application, please reach out before purchase. Opened or used materials cannot be returned.
