Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us right away with photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
